This is not possible, channels that are non-standard to the game, in this case 'world' or 'World' cannot be forced upon the game client, the client must opt to join it themselves. The automatic message that every player sees upon login states to join world via '/join World', if a player wants to then they will. Not everyone wants to opt in and some don't, nothing else can be said.
