Yesterday we had a very interesting topic started. It did stirred a conversation regarding making auction house shared amongst alliance and horde. By any means i dont intend to double topic it, but i cant seem to find it. Maybe the most recent maintenance could potentially inadvertently caused a rollback of some sort. Would it be possible to enable a cross faction auction house for more interesting and dynamic systems of in game trade?

Yeah, rivatunner is the software you want. It really caps your fps to your monitor refresh rate. You dont really need all the fps your machine can do if it surpasses your monitor refresh rate. Been using it for 3 years now.

Hello there, I've been playing on Felmyst 4 since launch and it seems like a very nice place to stay, it is a nice server to say "home". Scripting and quality of it is excellent. Every day I login i see small, miniscule things that can potentially improve my gear, players are more inclined to stop by, chat for a while or heck, even give you consumes or items. I did cleared a few dungeons ( deadmines, wailing caverns and shadowfang keep ) and in the end i felt like im unstoppable ( no pun intended). Not sure is it a bug or intended, but thunderclap ability seems to be generating bonkers volumes of threat, its soo ridiculous that you can pull 4 mobs and just spam tclap, most of the time you're not going to loose aggro. If thats a bug, then please, leave it be. I feel like a lesser version of paladin. On my shadowfang keep run I even managed to pull 15 mobs and hold threat on all of them ( did used retaliation but still, moments like this makes a huge smile on my face). I've discovered another thing that ups my gameplay tremendously. If you use a ranged weapon, you dont enter a combat state until the projectile have hit the target. Since my APM is soo high, I can shoot on target 1, then switch my target to 2 and charge before the projectile have hitted my target 1. Im almost certain this is not a bug, but shooting scripted properly. Because of this i can cleave two targets in a way that is different than my experience and adds to the warrior class mechanics. On most servers, if i shoot a target i enter combat state as soon as the projectile is fired. The only downside of this realm is the lack of bag addon. Everything else is worth the time to sink into.

Really good post dalzedur, I enjoyed reading it thoroughly. You did mentioned some of the nicest things happening so far since launch. I'd like to express my thoughts so far, playing have been a blast for me. This is the only time i was decked on green items at lvl 16. Every item slot was giving me some stats and playing as a warrior, you can really feel the difference if you opt to replace those goodies with the typical white items only. Not everything is good however, the no addons restrictions for me is not so massive, but i have to admit, i miss 1 addon very, very badly and that addon is one bag. I have been playing mmos for about 20 years at this point and all games have 1 inventory, not 5 different bags. I can deal with lack of dbm , weak auras, threat meters and all that, heck i can play without any ui addons, but bags. Please, im trying to be very honest and modest, consider fixing the bags situation to be 1 cohesive inventory system and not scattered mess of 5 different individual systems that somehow should represent a wholesome inventory system. Having this would not break anything in my experience and wouldn't change the total outcome. I would really appreciate if by any chance we can start a pole of some sort. I don't think that my individual problem with bag is shared amongst other players or staff. Im begging for this thing only.

Hello there, I'll be playing as warrior ( mainly prot ). Looking for a new group or guild EU based. I'm mainly interested in raiding monday to friday evening hours ( not raiding during Saturday and sundays. Those are my free days away from gaming).

On the felmyst 3 beta i was running some dungeon and raid tests and since it was a beta, raid addons such as big wigs, deadly boss mods werent configured to properly display when sertain mechanic would happen, it was off by 5-10 secs. So i decided to try something else. I used an in game stopwatch ( just write /stopwatch 20 in chat) to measure when bosses use an ability. For dungeons i was testing shadow labs 2nd boss. I noticed that he uses mind control 22 seconds after the fight. I ran the dungeon 7 times in a row and every time, precisely 22 seconds on the dot he uses the mind control. After the first mind control, every 28 seconds he uses that ability again. Most pve encounters are scripted to do ability based on time or hp% If you record the fights, you can then analyse it and figure it out when sertain abilities will happen. It can be done, its just time-consuming to do for every raid/dungeon

That sort of issues happens regardless of addons. Only difference is you cant send pictures of addon stat ( breakdown ) and cause drama. Im actually looking forward to try playing with no addons. Whats slightly annoying is trying to figure out how much dps are you going on average. Im guessing you have to record x seconds of fight then copy paste data into excel and break down what spell/effect deals how much % of your overall dps.

Forget about addons such as threat meters, dps meters or raid frames, theres much bigger problem that nobody talks about, which is class balance and viability. Let me explain better: Classes like 1: Slam dps warrior 2: feral cat dps 3: ret paladin 4: shadow priest 5: affliction warlock Theese specs are basically obsolete at this point. I'll explain it case by case. 1: slam warrior - this spec usually performs around 150-300 dps less compared to fury( around pre bis phase and T4 content). The only saving grace for that spec is using slam, issue is that you cant see when are you going to swing, so if you want to play the spec, you gotta zoom in massively and closely watch the swing animation of your character ( since the animation begins before the actual damage inflict, but ends after it) is that fun..? You tell me. In my eyes that spec is obsolete. 2. Feral cat dps - this spec requires swing addon just like the slam spec, but also mana tracker. If you dont watch your mana bar while in cat form you may opt to shift out of form and into form without having the required mana. Results in massively reduced dps since you have to wait your mana to regenerate ( ferals tipically use mana pots on cd and try to squeeze every bit of shifting to do more dps). Obsolete at this point. 3. Ret paladin - during T4 this spec is legit the weakest dps of all. Only saving grace for the spec is seal twisting. Issue is, to pull it off consistently you gotta have very low ping, quick reactions and swing addon. Without addon, you cant seal twist, which would power your dps roughly 40% making the spec obsolete 4. Shadow priest - this spec revolves around keeping shadow word pain, vampiric touch up. Without addon you cant know when the dots would expire to start the reapply process. And no, you cant mentally count 2 dots on 5 different mobs. Obsolete. 5. Affliction warlock - suffers same issue as shadow priest except they have it worse since you're juggling 5 dots, not 2. Definitely obsolete. Any comment on theese worries? How are the players looking to play those specs gonna feel about it?
