Greetings, I hope to, in the near future, overhaul some items that just aren't very useful, these include level ~70 epic items, maybe some others, I'm not sure yet. What I am NOT saying: Every item that you previously sold to a vendor will all of a sudden become best-in-slot, there will still be some items that are deemed "Not viable". The goal here is to simply add more options, side-grades, etc which ultimately result in better game-balance and gameplay. A lot of the items that will be changed are items that Blizzard also improved in some of their later patches. Feel free to ask questions.

It will likely be a long process as there are many items to consider. I also don't agree with all 2.1 values as it just made characters significantly more powerful through items while simultaneously making other changes to make content much easier. This server will remain challenging, but that doesn't mean I'm unreasonable. I will look into the items you suggested as well.

Greetings, There will be a 1v1 tournament on Sunday at 1:00 in the Nagrand Arena. For reward information see this link. https://www.felmyst.com/forums/index.php?/topic/171906-pvp-tournaments/#comment-25773 Rules are: You may use anything, just not soul stone or Ankhs.

I would like to gauge the interests of the players in regard to PVP tournaments, these may be 1v1s (duels) or 2v2s, etc, in the arenas, for level 70 players. Rewards would be mostly in the form consolation prizes, meaning you only have to compete in order to be given a prize, you don't have to be the best, which mirrors how arena/pvp gear was distributed in original TBC. The winner(s) will likely receive a special bonus, but I understand most people who play here likely didn't join to PVP. Rewards would likely be in the form of PVP/arena items, which are quite strong on this server. The tournaments would likely occur on Sundays. Feedback is appreciated, thank you.

I can look into it but my guess is unfortunately not likely seeing as these mails would've been sent... 30-40 days ago?

You should be able to connect if you change your realmlist to: set realmlist 141.94.96.88

Compensation has begun, players will be contacted on an individual basis. I expect this will take some time, limit of one form of compensation per player.
-
No, nothing like this.
-
The time issue has been corrected.

There will be some compensation for the migration time... what that will be I am not sure yet, but I will figure something out. Open to reasonable suggestions...

Right about now...

Just an update, still working on this... the previous OS we tried ran into access issues with the old server data for whatever reason, we are trying a different OS version today. Of course this version costs more money per month for the license, not that we were trying to save money with the previous OS, but that's our luck it seems.

We are still working on this, we ran into some snags but are hopeful everything will be up and running soonTM.

I am hoping within a day or two but a lot of this depends on OVH (our web host). I can continue to reboot the existing server but it will simply continue to randomly crash due to intermittent hardware failures. The new server has been paid for and we are waiting to hear back. They do have weekend support, so this should happen shortly. Thanks for your patience.

There are other more important aspects of the game that need attention and effort first.

Greetings, This event is not available here.

Thank you for hosting this event. I hope a lot of people had fun.

Greetings, I'd like to start this discussion and seek ideas from the players in terms of what sort of events you would like. I'd probably do a few a month, likely on a weekend when I have ample time. An example would be something similar to the fishing tournament that occurred a while back, but could also do a dueling tournament or other things, open to suggestions. Of course, there would be rewards to the winners, depending on the events. Thanks

Greetings, Thanks to those who participated in the event, congrats to the winners. Prizes have been mailed.

I understand your reasoning for not playing here is because level 60 dungeons aren't open, it's not something that can easily be fixed/implemented. Am I concerned about the server's future? Of course, who wouldn't be concerned about their server, for any game? But I think it's doing pretty well given the circumstances. People quit for a lot of reasons, but they also play for a lot of reasons.

Greetings, I will host an event this Sunday, at 11:00 ST. More information will be made available at that time, but the rewards for the winners should be rather appealing, and hopefully some people have fun... It will be a rather simple event, and even lower levels should be able to participate.

Thousands of dollars have been spent on advertising. We still invest money into advertising as well. Also, anyone can promote our server, whether they invest any money or not, through multiple means, such as Google ads, Youtube, Reddit, etc. If someone has a relationship with him, by all means, he is welcome just like anyone else.

I do have some new ideas that may help, I am unsure of them as of right now but will hopefully have something more definitive hopefully soon. Thank you.

Hello, There will not be cross-faction. New players still sign up daily. Retaining players is the key, of course some will quit for their own personal reasons. It's partly the responsibility of the player base to help retain players by arranging groups, raids, helping each other, or other activities, etc. Other than that, I see it being possible to do 25 man raids based on recent Karazhan activity and the amount of people still leveling. This is my honest opinion at this point. Stick with it and persevere, it's a grind, which is exactly how the game is intended to be.
