Can someone say with 100% certaincy that shattrah has a inkeeper outside aldor and scyr rises? Because: I dont think aldor scyr quests are available for lvl 10-15 warrior? Are they? also there are portals to all capitals are in shattrah right? Or am I misrembering the patch?
