needed to post in tech support, posting in general hoping to have question answered or moved.
i switched video options in game to full screen, its not displaying properly, and now i cannot switch back to windowed.

A simple solution may be pressing "Spacebar + Enter", as that typically swaps between Fullscreen and Windowed modes.

Normally, you could delete the "WTF" folder and have it be redownloaded with original WoW. But in this instance, I think you'll need to redownload the game.

I edited the Config file i the WTF fixed the issue for me
