No sound

Here's a picture of my settings, my system settings have the audio at max, this used to not be an issue but now after the "Game Sound Output" greyed out I've had this problem. Not sure what to do.

Check to see if your system is trying to use a different sound device than the one you're expecting.

Game Sound Output should not be greyed out. The game client is not recognizing your sound devices, most likely, though I cannot determine from this why.
