Modifying WoW.exe to use 4GB?

I usually use any of the many 4GB patchers out there to patch the wow.exe so it can use 4GB ram instead of 2GB on today newer machines. I noticed a definite increased performance in old 1.12 clients as well as 2.4.3. ones.
I was wondering if this is going to be allowed on Skullcrusher? It should go under the same category as making the client use all 8 cores instead of the original 2 but I want to be sure it's permitted.

Given our policies on client modifications, it stands to reason to err on caution. Besides, the client runs quite smoothly without addons and you can also optimize your client very easily as outlined here: https://www.felmyst.com/forums/index.php?/topic/170011-optimize-your-client/

This is what I usually use (https://gofile.io/d/zTO4VA). Would that be okay? If not I won't use it. (It's no addon, it's a patcher to let the wow.exe use 4GB RAM instead of only 2GB
