Skullcrusher Launch Tomorrow, and our thoughts on Boosts, Bots and RMT

Hey everyone, Fanadin here! I'm thrilled about our Skullcrusher launch tomorrow, Sunday, July 21st. Today, I want to touch on boosting, real money trading, and botting issues that Blizzard mishandled. We uphold a zero-tolerance policy for unfair practices because ethical gameplay is crucial. If Blizzard and other realms put more effort into stopping bots and RMT, the impact would be significant.

Skullcrusher aims to recreate the World of Warcraft experience by preserving the game's original integrity. This permanent realm features no cash shop or pay-to-win elements, and addresses game exploits by eliminating gold and experience exploits. Multiboxing is prohibited, ensuring one player per account, and faction-specific gameplay maintains identity with no cross-faction features. Content maintains 2.0 stats without easy modes for gear. At launch, Karazhan, T4, T5, and T6 are available, with ZA and Sunwell coming next year. Attunements are in, and entering T6 requires clearing T5. Our 1x experience rate with 2.3 pacing ensures balanced progression, fostering an immersive and challenging adventure.

I think this type of server would attract more casuals but I could be wrong. I'm a casual dad gamer who prefers the journey to end game. Getting to 60 or 70, and then farming pre-raid BIS. After that, I will raid for a bit but I only do it when the opportunity presents itself. I dont like having to set a schedule for a video game.

Will there be some dynamic respawns on launch or fight for evefy tag?

What will be 2.0 stats on my Thoridal? Heheh

On a serious note, how will the pvp seasons progress? One season every year?

Also, im kinda interested, how can you know if someone is using addons? 

Do i have to delete whole addon file or just keep them off?

Sounds pretty cool but is this a pvp server?

Edit: Found my answer on front page haha. I wont play PvP servers. I do hope it is a good launch and maybe in future there will be a pve server for us normies.

I really would not worry about the PVP thing man, it's like not driving your car because it's possible to get in a car wreck. World pvp will happen very little since the population will be spread out. And I'm not a pvp fan I hate it, and getting ganked REALLY annoys me, and I am not even remotely worried about this.

I have a few questions. You will be able to log in only at 8 p.m., right? And how to change the windowed screen to full screen? Because after downloading, wow opens in a window

I believe it's in the video options, as in: Game menu -> video -> [x] windowed mode, untick that one maybe. Or the client looks different from the one I am using elsewhere and this doesn't apply.

Same here. i will be probably killed by any player since my spec will be holy priest and i am pve player only, yet still i am not afraid of world pvp here

yeah i'm curious about this too, is there an official post somewhere describing this? I couldn't really find any info other than that one video where they talked about it

I recommend ensuring you are using an unmodified 2.4.3 game client (Which you can obtain from the website) and deleting your addons folder.

Downloaded the fresh client, so unmodified and untouched, but it still has the blizzard files in it. We need to delete this? Kind of confused, cause it is from the Felmyst site.

These are there by default, nothing to worry about.

but out of curiosity, what happens if i join on the client i used on felmyst 3, with all the addons? how do you prevent it from working?
