Connection via VPN completely blocked

Hello,

After the recent maintenance works, both the connection to the site and the server are completely blocked through VPN services, regardless of the location of the attempt.
Is there any clarification in this regard?

A. Using a VPN is not a violation of our rules. However, using a VPN to circumvent aforementioned rules above is.

LE: At this point many peeps just think that the server is still dead, as just a few old timers connect to the internet like in 2002, without a VPN.

LE2: Plenty of people still cannot connect, with or without VPN.

LE3 (11:42 AM GMT): Neither the site, nor the server can be accessed by a large majority of players (with or without a VPN).

LE4 (12:35 PM GMT): Nothing changed. It seems this impacts almost all european players; NA ones don't have issues.
