Issues After Maintenance - US Players Affected

Hi everyone,

After the recent maintenance, several members of my guild from the US are experiencing issues.

They can't log in to the game or even access the website. I'm based in Europe, and everything is working fine for me, so it seems like the problem might be region-specific.

Is anyone else experiencing this? Any idea what might be causing it or how to fix it?
