However, full 2.1 itemization will not be implemented, as their inflated stats would diminish the challenge of raid content. Additionally, a properly normalized competitive arena environment requires thousands of players, which is not feasible. To help maintain balance, "beginner" crafted items have been enhanced.
Striking the right balance is crucial—items should neither be overpowered nor ineffective. Rewards from a 25-man raid should feel meaningful without leading to excessive power creep. Furthermore, I prefer to avoid modifying items that players have already obtained, unless it's to improve them.
